Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I know that buying or selling a home is one of the most important things you will ever do, and I want to help make that experience as smooth and successful as possible.

I am a San Diego native, and have been a licensed real estate professional since 1974, the age of 19.  The picture above is of our family business in Escondido, CA, with my dad standing out front.  I am just inside at the reception desk where I started when I was 16.  As you can see, I've been in real estate a LONG TIME :)

I got my broker's license in 1988 and owned my own companies for over 25 years, including mortgage and foreclosure companies.   In 2003 I opened Coastline Real Estate in La Mesa, CA. 

 In early 2006 it became very apparent that we were in for a rough ride in the real estate industry, unlike anything we had ever seen before.  I sold my business and joined Windermere Pacific Coast Properties in La Mesa, as an associate broker, where I have been since.  I brought all my agents with me as well, and they are working at various branches in San Diego. 

We are very excited that we have accepted an invitation to join the exclusive, prestigious Sothebys International Realty.  This change will take place seamlessly in November, 2010.  This is quite an honor for our company, one of the top 7 most productive in San Diego County, and it is a fabulous change for our listing clients.  All of Sothebys listings are sydicated world-wide to all Sotheby offices, and all appear on the New York Times and Wall Street Journalonline advertising resources.  This will give our listings astronomical exposure all over the world.

Are you underwater?  I dove in early to become an expert at short sales.  My success rate in the last 2.5 years is nearly 100% - they are time consuming, but my team and I make things as easy for you as possible.  Doing a short sale instead of letting the bank take your home through foreclosure will make getting your credit score back up much faster and easier.  I also have a credit repair specialist to work with you to make it even faster.
